Here is a link for parents on how much fruit and vegetables their child should be eating daily and then what types they should be eating. This is a good reference for them because it has good tips on how to incorporate it into their daily diet and then compares fresh versus canned. There is another reference for parents on knowing how much sugar their child's diet should contain and tips on making it easy for change.

It also gives them some tips on how to incorporate these fruits and vegetables into their daily diet. There is another reference for children on how much sugar they should have and how to make it easier to not have as much sugar in their diet.
